Ninh Binh is a destination not miss during your journey in the North of Vietnam. It is famous for lots of beautiful nature sceneries and cultural sights. During this trip, you will immerse in the nature and do trekking in the tropical forest to discover the diverse system of fauna and flora. You will also have the chance to learn more about the cultural customs and Buddhism in Vietnam when you visit Bai Dinh pagoda. By doing awesome boat tours, you will enjoy natural sceneries in the Tam Coc caves & in Trang An. During light biking trips, we visit local villages and get to know their authentic local life. We also climb to Mua cave for magnificent panoramas of Ninh Binh’s beauty.

Day 1: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Cuc Phuong National Park (L, D)

Our one day tour starts at your hotel in Hanoi at 8am. After 2, 5 hours driving southwards, we arrive in Cuc Phuong national park. Cuc Phuong national park is home to 2,000 species of flora, 1,800 species of insects, 320 species of birds, 70 species of mammals, etc.

We will start trekking the day by visiting the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre where you can see the rarest animals of the world such as primates, carnivores, and pangolins.

After the lunch in the national park’s restaurant, we drive 20km deep into the core area of the park for a pleasant 7 km trekking route, up & down the steps, to visit huge trees & plants in the protected area of this tropical forest. After the trek, we will go to the “cave of ancient man”, where was founded the vestiges of pre-historic man with their graves & ancient tools. Spend your first night in the guest house of Cuc Phuong national park.

Day 2: Bai Dinh pagoda – Trang An (B, L)

The morning starts very excited, with nice songs of many birds in a fresh & quiet setting in the national park. After breakfast, we transfer to Bai Dinh Pagoda. Arrive at the Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight.

Have lunch in local restaurant with some special local dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork ….

After lunch, we depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take boat trip to visit the caves complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see marvelous scenery of mountains and rivers. Trang An is considered as “Ha Long on the land”.

Overnight in Tam Coc.

Day 3: Mua Cave – Tam Coc – Hanoi (B, L)

After breakfast, we will take a bike ride to Mua Cave, one of the most alluring places to get the panorama views in Ninh Binh. Hiking up to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain to have your amazing views of the Tam Coc, Ninh Binh area. We continue transfer to Tam Coc, get on the rowing boat while this area is still not busy, we will enjoy nice and quiet riding along the river through 3 tunnel caves, consisting of the Hang Ca, Hang Hai and Hang Ba grottoes. These caves are adorned with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites of different shapes and colors that sparkle like gemstones.

16:30: We leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi.

18:30: Arrive in Hanoi drop you back to your hotel.

- 30% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed
- 60–46 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 45–31 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- 30 days or less: 100% cancellation fee

If your tour is impacted by unexpected events (like natural disasters or force majeure), we’ll offer you the option to postpone your trip or refund eligible payments (excluding any unrecoverable costs).
