Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay are two destinations in North Vietnam that can not be missed during your trip. These are 2 must-do destinations. Sa Pa is the living area of many ethnic minorities with a very unique culture. Here you will have the opportunity to learn more about their customs and daily life. Besides many cultural factors, Sa Pa also attracts tourists because of its majestic, beautiful mountainous landscape, its terraced rice fields, waterfalls, cool and fresh air. Ha Long bay is UNESCO World Heritage Site where you will finish your trip by relaxing during an awesome cruise. You will admire spectacular sceneries with more than 1.000 limestone islands and islets, caves and traditional floating villages.

Day 01: Hanoi - Sa Pa By Bus – Heaven’s Gate- Tram Ton Pass –Silver waterfall (L)

07:00 AM: Pick you up at your hotel and start our journey to Sa Pa by bus, following the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway. Along the way, you will have chance to admire the beauty of the northwest mountains with its terraced fields. Have a short break for 30 minutes on the way.

We will arrive in Sa Pa around noon time where we enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, you meet your guide and driver for a leisure trip. The drive uphill offers the most spectacular scenery of Fansipan Mount. Just a kilometer outside town, rose flower farms and later chayote growing on bamboo frames cover a vast area. We’ll stop at the magnificent Silver Waterfall before we continue the road trip for some kilometers further to Heaven’s Gate and Tram Ton Pass. At 2047m above sea level, the Heaven’s Gate & Tram Ton Pass is the highest mountain pass in Vietnam. From here you enjoy walking around for half an hour and admire beautiful scenery of both sides of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range. The wind blows stronger to force the clouds moving constantly. Here is the best point to enjoy breathtaking scenery of the two sides of Fansipan Mountain Range. Amazingly that the weather is very different by the side: many days it is foggy and cloudy on Sa Pa side and sunny and brightly on the other side.

Leaving the Heaven Gate for the way back downhill for about 7 km, then we stop to visit  some lush farms in O Quy Ho, where different kind of vegetables, flowers, fruit trees and even medicinal plants are grown for years. This is the ever green part of Sa Pa.

Day 02: Sa Pa - Muong Hoa Valley - Hanoi By Bus (B, L)

Get up early in the morning and enjoy the fresh air and the daily life at Sa Pa market. We go back to the hotel for breakfast. At 9.00 we embark on a lovely trek that will take us along buffalo paths and trails and through several hill tribe villages such as Lao Chai & Ta Van, which are home to Black H'mong, and Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. Once on the valley floor, you can really appreciate the wonderful scenery that surrounds you. The walls of the valley are covered with multi-layered rice terraced fields and scattered villages

Get back to Sa Pa town. Free time to visit or shop for some souvenir

02:30 PM: Driver takes you back to Hanoi.

08:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi and overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (B, L, D)

08:00 AM: Transfer to Ha Long Bay, listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. "Dragon descending to the sea" as it is known in Vietnamese, the picturesque Ha Long Bay has more than 1.000 limestone islets rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes.

Upon arrival at Ha Long Bay, we embark on a boat trip to cruise and discover this magnificent UNESCO World Wonder. A fantastic journey awaits you among surreal islands rising from a tranquil emerald sea.

In the late afternoon, we anchor for the night on the bay and enjoy a delicious seafood dinner on board.

Day 04: Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (B, L or Brunch)

Early morning coffee and tea will be served on the sundeck, followed by a Tai Chi class. After breakfast we take a Sampan boat to explore Luon Cave. We may have a chance to see wild monkeys that gather around waiting for food from the tourists. Afterwards, we continue to cruise around the bay. Lunch is served on the boat on our way back to the docks, then we return to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi around 16.30.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Here's a quick summary of our cancellation terms:
- 30% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed
- 60–46 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 45–31 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- 30 days or less: 100% cancellation fee

If your tour is impacted by unexpected events (like natural disasters or force majeure), we’ll offer you the option to postpone your trip or refund eligible payments (excluding any unrecoverable costs).
