Ninh Binh is a province in North Vietnam that is located about 100 km South of Hanoi. Ninh Binh was originally called “Hoa Lu”, the capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, the land associated with the six kings of the three dynasties of Dinh - Le - Ly with historical marks.
