Da Nang – Hoi An – My Son Tour

Upon arrival at Da Nang international airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel in Hoi An, then you have free time. Welcome dinner will be served at one of the best restaurant in Hoi An

Overnight in Hoi An.

Very interesting day today. We will head to My Son, 70 km southwest of Da Nang, which was the capital of the once almighty Champa Kingdom. It boasts a complex of ancient ruins which are dating back for 1,700 years. This is the most complete example of ancient Champa ruins maintained in Vietnam. Transfer back to Hoi An and have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you participate in a city tour of Hoi An. You will walk on the Japanese Bridge, visit the different Chinese Assembly Halls, pagodas and visit the market. Hoi An is also a well known town for buying silk products.

Overnight in Hoi An.

Met up our guide and drivr then we visit Hoi An colorful market to experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.

We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.

On arrival, explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).

After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.

In the afternoon, free for shopping or relax on the beach.

Overnight in Hoi An.

Fee time at your leisure until you are transferred to Da Nang airport for your departure flight.
